The rooms had a bad smell, and there was no service. They also charged extra at checkout. A really bad experience, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

This is just a sample rating form, with blanks for stay dates, room type, cleanliness, comfort, amenities, and comments. It says you can change it to suit your needs.

The room itself was good, but the AC didn't work properly. They also didn't provide a bedside switch.

The service took a frustratingly long time, even though it was good once it arrived. The main draw is the location near Ekana Stadium, which is handy if you're going to an event there. Delays may be an issue depending on what you need.

The AC wasn't working, though they charged the full AC amount. There was a bad smell in the rooms and no cleanliness at all. Reception didn't respond, and they offered no solution to any complaint. A third-rate hotel with no service.
