The parking situation was a mess. Night manager Kartik would knock on the door late at night or early in the morning, demanding that we move the car without even checking whether it was ours. He was rude and seemed more interested in bothering guests than helping them. His behavior felt unprofessional, and he didn't seem trained to manage the job. Avoid this hotel if you want comfort, peace, and uninterrupted service.

Familia Hotel and Banquets was easy to reach, had plenty of parking, and was convenient for getting around nearby areas. The rooms were clean, cozy, and arranged with comfort in mind, and the relaxing ambience was welcome after a long day. The staff were courteous, warm, and quick to help with a smile, which made the stay feel special. It seems suited to a business visit or a weekend away. I'd be glad to return and recommend it.

We had a great time at Familia, and they managed our function really well. Mr . Mayank, the owner, is humble and down to earth. His trained staff provide good hospitality and fooding services. Thanks, Familia. Must visit, you'll appreciate the experience 🙂

The staff were really rude, and I've never had worse service during a hotel stay. Please don't stay here.

The place itself was good and impressive, but the manager was really rude and arrogant. His expression said it all. Honestly, I didn't have a good experience.
