The location is convenient, about 2.5 km from the airport and 500 m from the Metro, but that doesn't make this place worth staying in. The rooms are cramped, nothing like the pictures, and the service isn't good. Basic things like water bottles and the AC remote were missing, so I had to ask management for them. The hotel phone never connects to the hotel, it goes to a call centre in Gurgaon where someone tried to scam me. Inside, the rooms were dirty, especially the bathroom. Water wouldn't drain, the taps were coming loose, and there was mold on the walls with a constant damp smell. The furniture was flimsy and breaking. The place also felt shady and not family friendly. Avoid it if you can.

Mosquitoes were there to greet us, the toilet ceiling was broken, and the switchboards were hanging loose. The rooms are much too small, too. The hotel is also listed on the Fab hotel app as Fab hotel A one inn. Its photos don't look anything like the place we found, and although it has a 4+ rating there, I can't understand why. This was my worst Fab hotel experience. I hope the Fab hotel team looks into it and keeps up its reputation by offering comfortable, clean rooms.

At checkout, the staff were asleep and only got up after we called them for a while. The room hadn't been cleaned, and there was a lot of dust on the bed. The bathroom smelled and felt unhygienic, there were no room accessories, and mosquitoes were everywhere. The food was bad as well.

The bathroom was wet, greasy, and stained, and mosquitoes were all over the room with no repellent provided. After a tiring journey, we arrived around 11 at night and found room 210 shabby and smelly, with damp patches on the walls. We booked through OYO because the hotel was near Lucknow airport and we had an early flight, and had already paid in advance. There is no lift. If you're given a room on the second floor or higher, expect to carry your luggage yourself, since no help was offered. We checked out right away, but neither reception nor the staff seemed concerned or offered another room. Guests shouldn't have to ask for such basic things. OYO rejected my feedback three times through the app because I hadn't attached photos. If I'd known, I would have taken plenty. I'm waiting to see whether OYO takes the complaint seriously and acts on it.

I stayed one night and had no problems. The bed and toilet were clean, and I got a good deal through OYO. I gave it four stars because they didn't have a bathing or shaving kit.
