The hall has room for about 100 people, so it works well for a small party, and there's a lift. Getting there is fairly easy: it's 7-8 km from Charbagh railway station and 1.5 km from saheed path, with public transport available. Parking is limited, though. The rooms feel like a two-star standard but are okay. Ventilation in the hall isn't proper, and the service was really poor: food came cold, and we waited a long time for roti and puri. I'd say 6/10 overall.

I wouldn't recommend booking here for an exam, even though people choose it because it's close to the exam center. I reserved online for my exam, but the owner took extra money and gave my room to someone else. He was very rude and wouldn't return the money. You could end up with problems at the last minute.

At 4 in the morning, after I'd updated my check-in time on booking.com and arrived at the hotel, they refused to let me check in because they said every room was full. I had nowhere to go. The person there was rude, and I don't consider this hotel reliable. Please don't book it.

I waited in the washroom for water for an hour and a half. Staff said the last tank was empty and I should wait for it to fill. The service and maintenance were awful. If you're considering this hotel, please look at other options.

Malsiya hotel's service was poor, while the service in thailand and vietnam was good.
