Hotel O Raama

The bedsheets were old and torn, and the staff were extremely rude. The hotel photos on Booking Site look attractive and suggest a 3-star property, but the actual place felt like a trap for visitors. There should be strict rules for issuing hotel licenses so establishments like this can’t mislead and disappoint guests.

This was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had, and I didn’t feel it was safe for a woman staying alone. At night, the manager brought friends to drink on the premises. They watched a cricket match in a room near reception, making a lot of noise. The next morning, the manager was lying drunk and couldn’t get up for checkout. When we arrived after booking through make my trip, the hotel said they wouldn’t give us a room at that price and demanded more money. It took over an hour to resolve this with make my trip customer care, which paid the remaining amount to the hotel. The manager was very rude, and the rooms were third-class quality: the bathroom was unhygienic, the pillows hard, and the bedsheet and blanket dirty. When we asked for different pillows, they said, "saare aise hi hai humare pas". The locality was too bad, and the staff behaved worse. I’d like Oyo, make my trip, and other sites to remove this hotel.

It charges too much, taking advantage of being the only hotel in the area. The bedsheets, room, and blanket were all dirty, and there was no hand wash.

The owner was quite helpful, and both the room and bathroom were clean and tidy. The bedding was so hard, though, that I couldn’t sleep the whole night. Still, it was a good experience overall.
