Hotel Surya International

The rooms were clean, the staff polite, and I had a nice experience, though the service was a little slow. In the triple room they provide a cot rather than a mattress, which I thought was a good thing. The hotel is close to hasratganj mkt, metro, chicken mkt. Breakfast options included omelette, bread, juice, tea, milk, vermicelli, fried idli, coconut chutney, sandwich, cornflakes, prantha, papaya, and sprouts. On another day they can serve chhola with stuffed prantha, chowmin, cornflakes, papaya, or uttapam with coconut chutney.

The property is 200m from the sachivalaya metro, and we had a very enjoyable stay despite a room allotment hitch at the start. We chose the meal plan with breakfast and dinner, and both meals were pretty decent. My infant son especially loved their khichdi. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious. One manager was unnecessarily rude, but the other staff were scrupulously polite.

The location is fine and the people are helpful, but the rooms are really bad. They’re small and cramped, the bathrooms smelled, and restaurant odors came into the rooms. I went with family and wouldn’t recommend it for families. It might be okay for someone just staying one night.

The rooms were neat and clean, and all the facilities and arrangements felt up to corporate standards. Every staff member was well behaved, and everything was fantastic.
