At night, the local staff were shouting and swearing at each other right next to my room, so I could hear everything clearly. I didn’t feel safe there. The staff were rude, and the room was unbelievably dirty. The previous guest had just checked out, yet they gave me the same room without cleaning it or changing the bedsheet. When I asked for a fresh sheet, they said they didn’t have an extra one. I’ve never seen a place this dirty.

Everything I needed was available, and the hotel was clean and well kept. The staff were very polite and helpful, which made for a great stay.

We got there at 7 pm, and the rooms they showed us were dirty and smelled bad. When we asked about it, the staff said they couldn’t clean them then because there was no cleaning staff available. The bedsheets were dirty too, and there were no towels or toiletries. The manager was very rude, and it turned into a big argument. A pathetic experience, this hotel feels like a scam.

It was calm and clean, a peaceful little place in the middle of the city. The staff were all good.

The bathroom was spotless and had a nice range of toiletries. The front desk staff were especially friendly, and the hotel turned out to be much better than I expected.
