I stayed here for several days and had a very good experience. The rooms are clean and well kept, though the bathroom could use more maintenance. Staff were helpful and cooperative, and the service overall was good. It’s in Gomti Nagar, but finding it on your first visit may take a little time.
The room was comfortable, but there was no in-house cook, so I had to order through Zomato or Uber Eats. The hot water machine wasn’t working, and I couldn’t get hot water for a bath. The TV didn’t work at first either, though they fixed it after I complained.
This is a cheap, cost-cutting Oyo inn, not a hotel. The toilet needs improvement, the service from the young boys was pathetic and unprofessional, and there’s no food in-house. It’s far from the main market, and even calling Oyo won’t bring help. The boys played Bhojpuri songs late at night and ruined my sleep.
It’s a decent place for couples, and the staff are cooperative. But the restaurant they partner with for dinner is awful and completely spoils the mood.
The rooms were smelly and very damp, with tiny bathrooms, and they weren’t ready when we checked in. There was also an underage-looking guy sitting there when we entered, who seemed to be a worker or attendant. A really bad place to stay.
