The owner was especially kind, and all the staff were active and cooperative throughout. It's a fabulous hotel near Charbagh station, with good accommodation, facilities, food, and service. A great place to stay in Lucknow for the price. I'll keep coming back.

I wasn't satisfied with my stay in the single room. There was moisture seeping through the floor, and I found used food plates under the bed, so the cleaning hadn't been done properly. I don't know whether the problem was just in that room or across the hotel.

The room price is affordable, the location is very good, and the staff are cooperative. The food feels like home.

The owner was helpful with advice on places to visit and where to eat. I arrived by train at 8 am, even though check in is at noon, and they gave me a room so we could shower before going out. After checking out at 8 am the next day, we could leave our luggage, sit on the lobby sofas, and use the common bathroom while taking our morning and afternoon trips, including to the nearby market. I stayed here for one night.
