Collection O Vikas Nagar Post Office Formerly Metro Club and Guest House

This is an OYO place, not a full-fledged hotel, and the receptionist's behavior says a lot about the property. We booked for three adults, but the room offered was barely big enough for one. It had no electricity when we arrived, wasn't clean, and had no toiletries or essentials. They gave us one bottle of water, one towel, and two pillows. Maybe they show one room and try to give you something else. We arrived two hours before check-in and asked to come in early. Agoda said early check-in was allowed, and the room was empty and ready, but the receptionist rudely refused. He wouldn't even let us wait in the lobby, saying couples were coming and wouldn't feel comfortable seeing guests. What about us, a family who had booked the hotel? When we showed him the room, he spoke arrogantly and was especially disrespectful to my wife. We only stayed because of a specific reason, but I warn families against booking here. Their focus seems to be couples and their purpose. The area also didn't feel safe, with lots of people drinking alcohol on the road.

My mattress was very dusty. When I asked for it to be replaced, they said they didn't have another one, and they didn't even bring a clean sheet to put on it. The staff seemed either high or unwilling to treat customers properly. The experience was pathetic. Please avoid staying here. This hotel doesn't live up to OYO's legacy.

The attendant's excuse for the mess was that it was a couple-friendly hotel, so there wasn't much they could do. That doesn't justify dirt, neglect, or poor hygiene. If guests are paying to stay, the room should at least be clean and livable. I regretted booking as soon as I entered. I stayed one night, and the place was filthy, with hair all over the bed and floor. It clearly hadn't been properly cleaned before check-in. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It's not safe or hygienic, and definitely isn't worth the money. There are much better places nearby, so avoid this one.

The ACs were noisy and didn't work properly. The photos showed split ACs, but they had installed window ACs instead. Across my three-day stay, they didn't change the bedsheets or clean the rooms properly each day, and staff sometimes didn't answer calls. Hot water didn't come, the lift wasn't working properly, and food service was delayed. They list services but don't provide the same things. It was a very bad experience and a waste of money. I ask everyone not to book this hotel. I rate it 0.001 percent.
