OYO 10625 Sunrise

We had a really pleasant stay at "Hotel Sunrise by City Culture". The food was very good, and the rooms were clean. Staff paid close attention to the details, which helped make the stay so enjoyable. Great value for money, and highly recommended.

Parking is available, and the service was good, including the extra mattress service. The rooms were nice and very clean, with bathrooms that were spotless and everything working properly, including the TV and ACs. This is a good place to stay if you need to be near Purvanchal Express way. The food was pricey, so I wouldn't recommend eating there when there are other options outside.

Getting to the hotel was difficult, with construction all around, and it's on the outskirts of Lucknow. I stayed from the 7th to the 9th of December for a friend's daughter's wedding. The place is nondescript, has a big Oyo sign, small rooms, hardly any ventilation, and badly designed facilities. It seemed to be run by four or five young local lads who didn't seem very experienced. Service was extremely poor. I had to remind them three times before drinking water arrived, after 45 minutes. Nobody was up before 7:30 in the morning, so tea wasn't available until around 8. The restaurant menu listed about a hundred items, but they would only let you choose from roughly ten. Our room wasn't cleaned on the second day, and the single towel for two people was left unchanged throughout. Better to avoid it. OYO should review the branding for Sunrise.

Mr.Prabhat went out of his way to make my stay memorable. I was there for 12 nights, and requests were handled on time, whether it was food or anything else. The food was especially tasty and is a highlight, and the staff were polite and well trained. It's very close to the HCL IT Corporate. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. One thing to know: despite the Oyo branding, the hotel doesn't accept bookings through them.
