We stayed for about two days for a marriage function, and the food was tasteless. After coming back late at night, we waited around half an hour before anyone opened the door. Staff kept interfering about the AC, saying not to open the door or it wouldn't cool, as if we didn't know that already. There wasn't even an option to give zero or negative stars, or I would have.
The room was in a bad state, with a full dustbin and dirty pillows that had black marks. The washroom was very dirty too. They wouldn't offer me anything to eat unless I had an omelette, and the tea they gave me had no taste. For the complimentary breakfast, they wouldn't provide anything except an omelette because it was cheap.
I paid around Rs.1000, which might get you an average room for one person in this price range. The room quality was very cheap, though, and the service and hospitality were the worst I've had in a hotel. Nothing was provided, and food wasn't available there either, so you have to order from Swiggy or Zomato. Please look at other properties.
I booked through Oyo, which showed it as a three-star hotel, but what I got was more like a flat or PG. The staff were awful and there was no service. It feels like they're fooling people. I won't go back to this hotel or use the app again. I even wonder if they're operating illegally under the name surya inn.
I checked in on 02 feb 2020 and checked out on 3 feb 2020. They said they'd email me the bill, but it never arrived. The service was also very poor. This is one of the worst hotels I've visited.
