Don't go here. I booked on agoda, but when I arrived, they told me that people with a USA passport couldn't stay. I'm a foreigner with a non-Indian passport, and my four-day booking couldn't be refunded. I lost a lot of money with these people. What can I do?

The hotel was better than I expected, and we'd come back. The room was comfortable and spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and efficient.

There are plenty of good rooms here, and the location is in the market, so you could stay for that. I was there for two days. The rooms are spacious and have various amenities, but catering wasn't up to the mark. The food was average in quality, the portions weren't satisfactory, and many menu items weren't available.

I wouldn't come back. The rooms weren't cleaned, and they provided only 1 lt of water per day for two people, with no RO water. The staff seemed uninterested in working, and there wasn't much hospitality or service.

There was no hot water in the room because the staff had switched off the geyser for summer, which felt ridiculous. The room itself was great, though, and I'd love to stay again.
