I paid in full after booking, then was told the hotel might refuse check-in because local IDs aren’t allowed. That restriction hadn’t been made clear before I paid. When I asked to cancel because of it, I wasn’t given a refund. It feels unfair to be turned away after payment. I hope the hotel and Goibibo make this policy clear before people book, so customers aren’t put through this.

The place is inside a cycle market, down a narrow residential lane in Lucknow, and there’s noise from barking dogs and pigeons all day and night. My room smelled of alcohol and cigarettes. When I made a simple request, I was told to pack my bags and leave the property. They don’t listen to guests and act as if whatever they say is final. I stayed there by mistake for one night, and reception called the next morning to remind me about my “24-hour stay” before the actual checkout time. I wouldn’t bring family or children here. It felt unsafe, like being around unruly people.

Hotel vinayak lifestyle made our Lucknow visit really nice. The room was clean, the staff were good, and they provided mosquito repellent and good quality food. ✨✨

The location is nice and the service was good, but there were lots of mosquitoes. They didn’t provide mosquito coils or warn us about them beforehand. Tea and coffee aren’t included in the room either, so you have to pay extra.
