They draw you in with sweet talk, then after taking payment, they show their true colours. Payment was only accepted in cash, without any formal receipt. The food and service were terrible, and the people were very unprofessional. During a function, you can feel helpless in front of your guests because you've already paid everything in cash. Avoid this hotel if you don't want to waste your money.

The reception staff, especially the woman there, were extremely rude and unprofessional, and they were talking utter nonsense. They also refused to provide the complimentary breakfast included in my package. I had a very bad experience, and if I'd had the option to switch, I would have chosen another decent hotel. OYO needs to train its hotels in how to treat customers. Rating 1/10.

Our wedding ceremony was held there on 12th Dec 2019, earlier that month, and it turned into a nightmare. We chose the venue through weddingz.in (Oyo) for a small private function. On the eve of the function, they said they had ended their tie-up with weddingz.in / Oyo and didn't know what package had been offered to us. The location is the only advantage. The service was poor, unprofessional, and very substandard, and the food was pathetic and unhygienic. They pressured us for extra money during the function for absurd reasons, demanding immediate CASH or threatening to stop serving food. With guests there, it left us helpless and at risk of embarrassment. Don't be taken in by their sweet talk, location, or price. I hope this review helps someone avoid the same experience. Thanks,

I stayed for 3 days. The facilities were fairly good, but the staff, especially at reception, were rude and unprofessional. I complained to the manager and nothing was done. That lady manager and the rest of the staff were rude and careless with guests. I'd choose fab hotel over Oyo, even though it's a bit more expensive, because it's far better. Rating for this hotel- 3/10.
