2/10
The Wi-Fi was very slow, and the hotel smelled bad. The exhaust fan didn't work, and neither did the AC. I called reception many times, but no one responded, and the staff wouldn't listen. They also wouldn't help with milk for my child, despite having milk available. OYO calls this a premium hotel, but it was terrible, with terrible staff. Never visit.

The room and room service were great, and the whole stay was an awesome value for money. Food inside the hotel felt quite expensive, though. Still, I'd say it's worth a visit.

The rooms and ambience match the pictures, but the service and maintenance staff were irresponsible. My room, bathroom, and bedsheets were dirty.

The building feels very old, and the room and bedsheet were untidy. It was a horrible stay. I don't know how it got Townhouse category status, and OYO should reconsider its policy.

The location was good, and the rooms looked beautiful. We had a good stay overall, though the food quality could use some improvement.
