I stayed four nights and had no problems. For the price, the room was good. Just follow the rules and you're fine. I saw no disrespect from the owner. He seemed fine with things, and I understand that he wants to be careful since he can't know who's coming to stay. You just need to share your ID. Keep in mind what you're paying for :) The paratha at breakfast was very good. The tea could be better, though I'm not much of a tea drinker.

I was left stranded at 11pm after booking through booking.com, when the owner refused to let me in and swore at me. There was no concern or empathy for a woman arriving late with nowhere else to go. He started abusing me as though he were letting me stay for free. This place is NOT SAFE FOR WOMEN. Even if it is the last place available, please don't book it. The owner is ferocious and starts blabbering when someone books through booking.com. Someone should teach this greedy individual to stop listing there so he can't charge five times what this shabby place is worth.

The lake view is really a view of a dirty pond. Staff kept asking for extra money, and the owner speaks offensively when you raise something, trying to offend you. He calls the property a BNB without even knowing what that means.

At 9pm, after I'd booked PG sudha sadan, a worker asked me for 600 instead of the 588 shown in the booking app, which was 560+28. I only pointed out the listed amount once, but he turned it into an issue and acted like a madman. At night, they'll ask for extra money, and if someone else pays it, they won't think about you at all. Getting back to the station late costs a lot for a vehicle. This is a fake PG sudha sadan, and the working staff/caretaker is rude and mannerless. Don't go there. Worst, worst, worst PG sudha sadan.
