They turned me away when I arrived, saying they weren't authorized to host foreigners. That restriction wasn't mentioned on the website or anywhere else, and they gave me no help finding another hotel. I was lucky it was still daytime and I could find a place, but they left me alone in a city I didn't know. They didn't refer me anywhere or help in any way.

My family had a good stay, and the staff, room service, and food were all very good. The bedsheets and blankets could use a little more washing to get rid of the old stains.

The room was clean and the staff were helpful, but there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. They stuck firmly to their 24-hour stay rule and began knocking repeatedly in the early morning once the day was up, warning that the system would count another day. After we talked it through, they didn't charge us. Still, the hotel should consider the circumstances on humanitarian grounds and take this feedback seriously as a hospitality business.

The rooms and beds had enough space and were clean. The staff and service were good too, but the rent felt higher than the place was worth. It’s suitable for a one-day stay.

It was just okay, and I wouldn't stay more than a day. The mattress wasn't good, the geyser didn't work, and the food quality wasn't great either. For a longer stay, I'd try somewhere else.
