Our family chose GenX Crescent hotel for my reception and my sister's full wedding ceremony, and the events were fun and suited our needs. The manager, Durgesh, and assistant manager, Barkha, handled the arrangements with care and were open to feedback. Friends and family from India and abroad praised the room and restaurant service and the attention to detail. The rooms were clean, air-conditioned, and well stocked. Staff at the onsite restaurant and elsewhere were attentive and receptive to suggestions. Check-in went smoothly, and the food and drinks menu was good. Mishra ji deserves a special mention for being humble and cheerful, and for taking great care of my guests. In our experience, the service was on par with heritage and 4-star properties in Rajasthan. We'd happily recommend the hotel to family and friends, and would return ourselves.

We had a great family wedding at the hotel. Ms Barkha Srivastava and the whole team made sure everything was in place, so we didn't have to chase anyone about anything. Thanks to Barkha and her team.

The hotel was peaceful and quiet, and the restaurant served fresh, tasty food with a good variety. Staff were warm, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. My room was clean, well kept, and had the modern amenities I needed. From check-in through check-out, everything was fantastic. GenX Crescent offers good value for money and a welcoming atmosphere. I'd recommend it for business or leisure stays.
