The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices and tasted great. Staff were polite, helpful, and accommodating from check-in right through to when we left. They really made the stay special.

There were mosquitoes all over the room, and the hotel staff didn’t respond when I complained. They also charged more than the price shown on the booking.

The exterior and the view impressed me, and the room was neat and clean. Staff were friendly, and check-in and checkout were hassle-free. The food was good quality and reasonably priced, so it was disappointing when room service misheard my order and sent more than we’d asked for. I pointed out the mistake, but that staff member kept insisting it was what I ordered and charged me for it. That behavior bothered me, though I still had an amazing stay overall and would like to return someday.

The hotel was nicely designed, and I found it safe and clean. The staff treated us very well when I visited with my family. I’d come back if I’m in Lucknow again.

The general atmosphere is good, but there are some things that need attention. Electricity was an issue, the food was seriously expensive, and the washroom wasn’t very clean, with dirty walls. A few staff members were also a little rude. I hope they work on these problems.
