FabHotel Surya Grand Gomti Nagar

Repeated follow-ups got nowhere, and the staff response was very poor. The room wasn’t clean, basic amenities were missing, and the service made for a deeply disappointing stay. It wasn’t worth the money, and I wouldn’t recommend the hotel. Management needs to improve the quality of service.

The owner’s personal attention made a real impression on us. They were around, spoke with guests, and personally handled our minor request quickly and graciously. That helpful, respectful approach seemed to carry through to the team. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well appointed, and the hotel offered good value alongside its service. Check-in was smooth, room service arrived on time, and the premises were kept immaculate. Staff were attentive and friendly, and made us feel valued throughout our stay at Hotel Surya Grand. We’d gladly return and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The food wasn’t good, and the area for drinks and food wasn’t pleasant either. The AC wouldn’t work unless you called reception.

The rooms were clean, and both the snacks and food were well prepared. Service was fantastic.
