There’s plenty of parking, and the staff were courteous. My room was clean and comfortable, with the basic amenities, and the price was very reasonable. Gomti Nagar is a peaceful area, too. A lovely place to stay, and I’d recommend booking here if you need somewhere.
Check-in and room assignment depend on availability. The room itself looked spacious and nice, but cleanliness was very poor and the service was bad. The AC in one room didn't work, and a staff member spoke to customers badly, saying the AC wasn't sending ice.
The terrace was great, and there are lots of parking spaces. It felt homely, with friendly staff and no noise or disturbance. There wasn't a crowd or traffic around, and there are some nice places to eat nearby, plus a bar.
At 11:50 pm on January 14, 2023, my wife had been staying here for 3-4 days while I was elsewhere. During a video call, she asked an employee for water. He tried to push his way into her room and didn't leave until she yelled at him. A very disturbing experience.
The laundry was torn and dirty, and the service was terrible. It reminded me of the D grade hotels around charbagh.
