When I arrived to check in for the five days I'd booked through the OYO app, the property was under construction. Nobody was there to help, only workers assisting customers. I raised the issue with OYO, but they were irresponsible, and it was a very bad experience. Many customers before me had faced the same problem, yet OYO and the owner didn't care. The photos on the OYO app are fake.
