Treebo Silver Stallion

I stayed at Treebo Silver Stallion on 23rd August, and it was the worst stay I’ve had so far. The rooms weren’t clean and the walls looked very dirty; the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly either. Staff didn’t provide basic items like tea bags or a toothbrush. Please look into these problems and take corrective measures so future guests don’t face the same issues.

It was easy to find and had a big parking area. The rooms and washroom were clean and hygienic, and the rooms were cozy, with excellent service and tasty complimentary breakfast. We forgot our earpods at the hotel during checkout, but they called us about them and returned them safely. Would definitely visit again.

The rooms smelled bad and felt unhygienic, and the hotel seemed not to care about cleaning the rooms, bathrooms, or sheets. I found the staff rude and hostile, and felt they were uninformed and making money from customers through fraud. The photos appear fake, and booking here could mean wasting your money on very poor service. It also uses several names, including silver stallion and Hotel Orchid. It’s listed on Treebo, where you can’t leave a review. I wouldn’t recommend it. Hotel Impact, Hotel surestay by Best western, and Hotel Sarvin were suggested as alternatives.

Breakfast was just okay. The bathroom had no toilet roll, and even after I asked, they didn’t bring one. Toiletries were also lacking, including toothpaste and a bathroom towel. Staff were rude, and they charged extra for checking out after 11:30 A.M.
