Everything was amazing. It's a good place for families as well as couples.

The non-AC rooms they offered had no ventilation, and staying there was a nightmare. The listing showed AC rooms when I booked online, but at reception they said AC would cost twice the booking amount, making excuses about not being able to cover the AC bill at that price. Very bad service and a truly awful experience. I don't know how this place got a licence when the building has such poor ventilation.

The staff are supportive and their behavior is amazing. The manager is an educated, decent fellow. Food is costly, though.

A good room with all the facilities, and there's a benefit for Lucknow University students.
