The room was cramped and uncomfortable, with very poor lighting. It also had visible stains and damage, wasn’t properly cleaned, and smelled bad throughout. Clean drinking water, towels, and soap were only provided after I asked several times. Staff seemed indifferent and inattentive. I was dissatisfied with the room, facilities, and service, and would strongly advise others to stay elsewhere.

The room and staff were both average, and the food tasted okay. I’d booked because I thought it was closer to where my bus dropped me. The area turned out to be full of buses and logistics trucks, with bad roads. I also realized it was quite far from the tourist spots, and I probably should’ve stayed nearer the city. The hotel wasn’t especially good or bad.

I took a taxi from Lucknow Airport to the hotel and paid ₹700, which felt extremely high. When I got there at 11:40 PM, staff said the hotel was full and had no rooms for me. Why accept a booking if there’s nowhere to put the guest? Very poor service.

We’d agreed on a fixed booking price over the phone, but the hotel raised it once I arrived. I found that misleading and unethical, and I’m extremely disappointed. I won’t return or recommend it to anyone who cares about honest, transparent pricing.

The rooms were filthy, with dirty sheets and walls, and the overall condition was terrible. Staff spoke rudely and told me not to prepay through the app, saying I’d get a dirty room if I did. I’d avoid booking here.
