Getting around Lucknow was easy from Townhouse Riddhi Regency, with Gomti Nagar Railway Station and Indira Nagar Metro Station nearby. I found the rooms spacious, spotless, and well equipped, a comfortable place to come back to after exploring. Check-in went smoothly, and the courteous staff dealt with requests promptly. The on-site restaurant served tasty North Indian and Continental food on time. I was thoroughly impressed and would recommend Townhouse Riddhi Regency for comfort, convenience, and attentive service.

Coming back from a party at 2 in the morning could’ve been awkward, but the staff opened the gate, welcomed us with a smile, and didn’t complain. My sister and I felt safe there, and the hotel was clean and very good. The AC kept us cool in the hot weather, and the food was awesome. For Lucknow, the hotel and food prices are reasonable. I love Riddhi regency, and hope people in Lucknow appreciate it and stay there too. With regards, Veronica.

The way the staff treated us on our stay last week was devastating. We were shocked by how blunt and rude they were, and they seemed not to care what a customer needs for a good stay. They kept calling the room landline once they realized my wife was answering it. They were greedy for money when I asked about staying another day, and while I was at the hospital with a doctor dealing with my mom’s illness, they panicked me by pressing for payment for the extension. The hotel had been sufficiently pleasant before, but this experience left me very disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here.

There are shops and restaurants just a stone’s throw away, and the staff were helpful, though the service itself was average. Parking is limited and first come, first served, so otherwise you’ll have to park outside. It’s on a busy main road. The rooms are small, which is about what you’d expect from budget accommodation. Bathrooms were clean, but could’ve been better, as the cleaner didn’t seem interested in doing the job. Keep your expectations modest and you won’t be disappointed.
