After I paid in advance, the customer care agents put me on hold and the call would cut off after 7-8 minutes. I tried to explain the issue 5-7 times, and the same thing happened every time. They gave me what I believe were fake locations and contact numbers, along with hotels that weren’t OYO. I feel OYO is scamming people and that customer care is part of it, based on my experience. Be careful, and don’t book through OYO.

Getting here can be tricky, though you can reach it by car. The staff were good, and the rooms and entry and exit points were properly sanitized. It works for couples and families, and there’s a special six-hour booking slot that suited small event celebrations.

The food was delicious, and the owners would come around now and then to check that guests were comfortable. Staff were polite, well-mannered, and friendly. We had a great experience for the price, and I’d definitely recommend it.

Very polite, helpful staff and well-kept rooms. You can stay here with family, friends, or whoever, it’s one of the best places in the area. Highly recommend it.

The food was tasty and felt like home, and I never had a problem during my stay of more than a month. The rooms were neat and clean, and everyone was good and polite: Raju, Vikram, Nanku, Akhilesh (Manager), and Sahil Ji (Owner). It never felt like I was away from home. A big thanks to everyone there.
