The rooms and sheets were dirty, and they wanted extra money for AC despite our having already paid through OYO. Absolutely horrible.

The hotel staff said the place was in Hayadrabad, but it wasn't there, and they won't give us a refund.

The lights and fans kept switching off, and they charged us the AC room rate for a non-AC room. Worst experience ever. Two middle fingers to OYO.
