I had a terrible stay. The floors were unhygienic, the beds were old, there were power problems, and the AC wouldn't work. Staff weren't helpful, and the hotel team smelled like garbage while walking on the floors. The owner, ABHISHEK, was very rude. Don't waste your money on these scammer hotels behind sach. Beware of the sweet words from Reception and the owner Abhishek. This is no way to treat clients.

The staff were polite and the service was very nice. The room wasn't bad, but it didn't look like the one shown when I booked, or even close to it. That's why I gave four stars.

I booked through Agoda with payment due at the property. When I arrived, the hotel asked me for ₹700, almost twice the amount I'd booked at. Extremely poor experience.

I booked and paid online through Oyo while travelling from Agra to Lucknow, but the hotel refused to check me in. They wouldn't let an Oyo customer enter, and the staff behaviour was cheap class.

This is a very bad hotel. The service is poor and the staff are greedy. I wouldn't suggest staying here. 😡
