The reception has been made to look decent, and the outside seems renovated, but the building looks very old. The rooms still feel like the same old ones, without maintenance. There were stains on the walls, the washroom wasn’t clean, and the very old AC sometimes smelled. I wouldn’t recommend it for a family stay.

We stayed four days, and the AC worked for only about two hours or so in total. Long power interruptions, including at night, meant the AC couldn’t be used. In an AC room, only the fans and lights worked during outages, while they still charge for AC rooms. It wasn’t worth staying, and I’d look for another hotel. Worst experience, please don’t book a room there.

Kitchen service was poor, and the lift door has to be opened manually. Power cuts happen frequently, so the AC can’t be used during them. I had a terrible experience when I spent more than two hours in the washroom because there was no water supply. They don’t provide water, and I tried several ways to get enough even to use the toilet. I’ve never faced anything this bad in a hotel anywhere, even abroad.

The place is quiet, clean, and welcoming for families. The owner and staff were kind and polite, and the service was fantastic. I had an amazing stay here. If you're in Lucknow, it's well worth a visit.

The Wi-Fi connected but never had internet, and the geyser wasn't working. Other than those service issues, I enjoyed my stay. The staff were friendly and food arrived quickly.
