Staff were rude, argued, and gave ridiculous explanations. I wouldn't recommend staying here. Oyo should audit the property and ask recent guests for feedback, and take action. I have no personal grudge against the hotel, but if they use Oyo's name, they should maintain its reputation. Unprofessional and unethical. Even one star feels too generous.

The reception demanded extra money for the same room I'd booked. Oyo draws people in with tempting low hotel prices, then the hotel says you have to pay more. By then, a tired guest doesn't want to wander around all night looking for somewhere else, so they end up resting there after paying extra. A very bad experience. Even one star is too much, and I won't stay at an Oyo hotel again.

The sheets and pillows were dirty and hadn’t been changed properly, and the bathroom was missing its accessories. A really bad stay.

The room service was poor, and cleanliness was a problem throughout. Sheets, pillowcases, blankets, towels, none of them seemed properly clean. The place wasn’t great.

With that huge window, there’s no privacy if you’re looking for a private space. The sheets were smelly and dirty too. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. PS, it’s beside corona hospital.
