The AC and power backup worked well, and there is some parking, though I didn't drive. The TVs are small for the rooms and only have free channels, so even Zee News isn't available. Staff were polite but seemed untrained, and room service was okay, though it shuts at night. I had to ask several times for cold water during very hot weather, and they don't have packaged water. You can't bring in outside food. Their own food is expensive, average in taste, and the menu is limited. Breakfast is whatever they make that day, either aloo paratha or poha with buttered toast, or just bread and butter. The rooms are basic, and cleanliness needs a lot of work. The washrooms were tiny and dirty. The hotel is fine, but the rooms and washrooms need much better cleaning.

The breakfast was the best part of my recent stay. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were really polite and courteous. I had a great experience and would gladly recommend it.

I liked the balconies in the rooms, and the food was good too. It's a nice hotel in a peaceful, prime part of Lucknow. Service could use a little improvement, but I'd recommend it for a quiet stay.

The staff were easy to reach and behaved kindly, and the place was clean with nice amenities. I liked staying here very much and hope to come back soon.
