My Booking.com reservation was confirmed for someone else, but the hotel's location wasn't clear and nobody answered the phone. Once I got there, they said they wouldn't honor the booking and wanted a higher rate. Very disappointing and hard to trust. Online bookings shouldn't lead to this kind of experience.

The room was dirty and the location wasn't good. I booked online and paid in full, but they still demanded more money and refused to check me in. After an hour of waiting and calling OYO customer service, I was told to cancel online and pay the hotel in cash to get a room.

They demanded twice the booking price at check-in and even threatened to shut off the water if we complained to OYO customer care. It's disappointing that this hotel doesn't deal fairly with guests. I wouldn't recommend it.

The hotel is a little outside the main city, but it's well connected. Rooms were clean, hot water was available, and the food was quite good. Staff were hospitable and behaved well.
