Prithvi Resort

I came mainly for the food, and it was delicious. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful, and was cooked just right. The portions were generous and the quality was top notch. The [insert specific dish name here] was the meal’s highlight, and I’ll definitely be back.

They cut the electricity in the middle of my wedding pooja, on my wedding day. It was stressful and completely unacceptable. The staff were rude and uncooperative instead of apologizing or helping. They book 2-3 functions at once and can’t manage even one properly, in my experience. There was no coordination or accountability, and they showed no respect for how important the events are. The management seemed focused on money rather than planning or the guest experience. I strongly wouldn’t recommend Prithvi Resort for a wedding or any important function. It caused unnecessary stress and disappointment.

I attended a wedding function at Prithvi Resort and stayed for two days and two nights. The budget is one reason to choose it, with room rates starting around Rs 2800. It has about 60 air conditioned rooms in different categories, roughly 16 on each floor of a three story building, with the rest in the rear lawn area. There’s space for around 500 guests, two large party halls, and a lawn. The resort has plenty of facilities, but the management, staffing, and upkeep need improvement. Service was really poor. I often had to follow up at least twice, time didn’t seem valued, and the cleaning staff need training to work more quietly. Reception staff were humble, but couldn’t resolve issues quickly and seemed to lack authority. Parking for about 20 cars has an electric charging station. More parking and charging are available behind the hotel, but that area is muddy and dusty. Food quality was relatively low at the hotel and with its event catering partner, brain on events. They promised more than they delivered at the actual function. I’m mentioning these shortcomings in the hope they’ll improve. Regards to everyone.

A lovely resort with a good atmosphere and spacious rooms. The staff were nice, and it’s conveniently located near Ekana Stadium. Seems well suited to weddings, parties, and family stays.
