The service was the best part for me: efficient and courteous, but also friendly, and they were willing to go out of their way to help. The rooms felt luxurious, with very soft beds and pillows and the best personal care products I've found in a hotel. Everywhere was spotless, with polished marble and brass, and the public spaces felt both spacious and intimate. I also liked the roomy, comfortable business center and its quiet reading corner with topical books and magazines. It's one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. I could really savor my time there and wish the days would keep going. I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else.
