The room was on the terrace, on the 4th floor, and there was no lift. It was unhygienic, dusty, and full of mosquitoes and other insects. I’d booked 12 hours ahead, but still had to abandon the booking and move to another hotel. The actual place was awful and completely different from the pictures on the website and OYO app, so don’t rely on those photos.

This felt more like a guest house than a hotel. The location is very interior, and the food was awful. The bathroom was clean, but the room wasn’t properly maintained, and the bedsheets were dirty. They didn’t change them the next day either. Service was very slow. The TV had no paid channels. After I asked at least 10-12 times, they changed the set-top box. The cook was on leave, and they don’t allow outside food.

I finally got the full amount refunded after calling OYO customer care 5 times. They were rude and said the property owner was at fault, but I kept pushing. I’d left without checking out because the room was so dirty, and at first they refused to refund me. The receptionist argued when I complained through OYO assist and glared at me like he might beat me. There was lots of hair on the bathroom floor. I couldn’t get food there at the time, even though the OYO app listed a kitchen. Cabs and Zomato delivery boys wouldn’t come because the streets were dirty and congested. The OYO is in a colony where every aunty stares if you’re with a girl. It felt very unsafe. This was my first really bad OYO experience, especially since it was listed as premium with a 4+ OYO rating. Check Google reviews too. They push you to give 5 stars on the OYO app. Don’t stay here.

Watch out, they’re running scams. A person named mohit calls to collect payment by UPI, then once you arrive, the hotel staff refuse to honor the booking. Don’t be fooled by booking through OYO.
