Radisson Blu Hotel MBD Ludhiana

We’re very happy with the service and communication so far, and are looking forward to the rest of our stay through the 16th of March. We booked a month at Radisson Hotel Group and, after the first two days, had a few small issues with the shower and other room matters. Kartikeya, Rishi, and Tanmay responded right away and handled everything professionally. Their coordination and willingness to help made a real difference. Rishi especially stayed on top of things with attentive follow-ups and a proactive approach, which made us feel comfortable and valued. The stay has felt smooth, supportive, and reassuring. The restaurant was decent, and its staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful. The live counters could be better, though, and the masala dosa we ordered was terrible. The room was spacious but felt bare, with too much open space. Its door handles were loose and kept falling off, the dustbins were broken, and there were no tea bags, milk sachets, or sugar. Room service was unresponsive and terrible, and nobody answered our calls. I expected much more and was totally disappointed. There’s a lot that needs improvement.

The food and staff were good, but the room’s condition made the stay disappointing and well below what I expect from the Radisson brand. The TV was broken and took several reminders to get fixed, while the phone line had poor audio. Most shocking, the desk chair collapsed when I sat down and I fell to the floor. I’m relieved my child wasn’t sitting in it. When I asked how a broken chair had been left in a guest room, a staff member said the hotel is 12 years old and needs maintenance. I found that excuse concerning.

I loved the spa services, and the food was delicious. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. A wonderful experience, highly recommended!
