The room was spacious and clean, and housekeeping kept the basic areas tidy. Mr. Santosh was courteous and helpful, and made check-in smooth by going out of his way when I had requests. The front desk was generally accommodating, though response times varied when it was busy. Breakfast and food were average. The location is convenient for shops and transport, and the overall ambience was fine for a short stay. Some facilities and services need more consistent maintenance. It's an okay choice for business or leisure if space and a generally clean room are your main priorities. With staff like Mr. Santosh, the stay can be pleasant, though some amenities may not meet higher expectations.

I stayed here for two days, and the breakfast was a letdown: limited choices, and we had to wait for everything at the buffet. I'd stayed here about three years ago and hadn't had this kind of experience then. The property is overpriced for its condition. The rooms weren't maintained, the outside window glass was broken, and the refrigerator stank. The bathroom had too little light, just one small LED, and the lint was very high even with the AC off. The curtains and telephone were dirty, the shower didn't work properly, and the jet spray was faulty. Please see my attached pictures.

The location in Gurdev Nagar was good, and parking was available in the driveway. Our superior room was good and had a kettle and tea. I didn't try the food, so I can't comment on that.

We were there for 6-7 days with our kids, but nobody cleaned the room. We asked for housekeeping and left our key card, yet no one came. When we were leaving in the morning, staff still didn't help with our luggage despite several requests. The rooms and bathrooms were dirty, and the staff were very rude. Worst stay I've had. Stay away from this disgusting place.
