Hotel Maharaja

I was fine with the smaller rooms, given how clean they were and the good service and quality. The manager was straightforward, and I never felt they were just after my money. It was more like, take it if you like it. What they described over the phone matched the room exactly. The people were nice, and you can pay by card or Paytm.

The hotel's location near Clock Tower worked well, and it’s a decent option for one or two days of official travel. The owner is a nice, easygoing person. Some rooms are good, though the AC was switched off at times. Food was just so-so, the kitchen wasn't great, and breakfast had very few choices. The food and its service were the main drawbacks. Room service needs a lot of improvement, and the hotel boy should be easier to approach and better mannered.

I was impressed by how helpful the staff and management were. The room felt clean and homey, and the room service was especially good. The food was tasty, too. A nice place for business travellers, with good service. I’d happily give this hotel another chance.

Maharaja hotel is EGG-ETARIAN. The staff are polite and understanding, and will attend to you at any hour. They keep the rooms maintained and provide towels and soap. Towels are washed and bedsheets changed every day. The services were outstanding.
