The staff were friendly and attentive, and ready to help whenever I had a question or request. My room was clean and well maintained, which made it comfortable to relax in during my stay. I also liked the amenities, including the tasty complimentary breakfast and convenient room service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for great service and a superb hotel experience.

I've been coming to this hotel for 12 years, but today's visit to ask about a room was awful. The receptionist said there was only one room vacant. When I asked if it was a front-facing room, he replied, "Take it if you want, otherwise leave." Then he kept telling me to get out of there. Very rude behavior.

The hotel itself is good, but the person at reception is arrogant and rude. He doesn't know how to deal with customers or do his job. I asked the owner to take a look at this person.
