Hotel Silver Stone

Our recent booking for my firstborn’s first birthday was a complete reversal of the top-notch experience we’d had at Silver Stone a few years earlier for my wedding reception. Back then, the owner, Mr. Manish, dealt with us directly, the service and food were good, and he handled customers very professionally. On 12th November 2026, things went badly from start to finish. The complimentary room was filthy, with stained bedsheets, and seemed like a cheap room in a three-star hotel. During most of the event, they served veg snacks even though we’d booked a non-veg menu. Waiters served used toothpicks (jootha) in front of the host, and the tablecloths were stained. Several times, we felt embarrassed in front of our guests. When we raised all this while paying, Mr. Jagmohan Singh Bisht denied everything that had happened. He wasn’t apologetic and was very rude. The person in charge failed completely in every aspect. In hospitality, guests should be treated warmly and given first priority, and Mr. Bisht was very unprofessional. #WorstExperience #WasteOfMoney
