Hotel Vikrant

I picked this hotel because it’s centrally located and the nearby amenities seemed convenient, but the hotel itself has almost nothing working. The Wi-Fi was there but wouldn’t connect, and although there was a toilet tap, there was no hot water. The kitchen food was awful. Even the reception was confusing, with two people quoting different prices for the same room. Worst stay I’ve had.

The clean bed and curtains were one of the few positives. The manager was rude and unprofessional, which made the stay unpleasant, and the food was unacceptable. It seemed unhygienic, and I found a hair in the curd, as shown in the attached photo. They also charge extra for a basic salad, which I found surprising as it’s often included with a meal. Please improve food hygiene and train staff to treat guests more courteously. I’m waiting for a prompt response.

The lights and other things weren’t available, and the whole experience was really bad. It wasn’t worth the money he charged me.

The food was good, but room service was poor.
