Breakfast and the rest of the food service need work. The buffet felt disorganized: more than once, we returned to find other guests at our table even though we’d left our belongings there. Service was slow too, and even getting a glass of water could take a while. There was also quite a bit of catcalling around the premises. As a woman, I found that uncomfortable, though it seemed like a wider cultural issue rather than something the hotel staff could control. We stayed two days in an executive suite, and when its jacuzzi didn’t work, the team thoughtfully upgraded us to the presidential suite. The front door staff, check-in team, and housekeeping were excellent and went out of their way to make us comfortable. It’s a decent business hotel with a great front desk and housekeeping team.

We arrived with a baby, dropped our bags, and found the room filthy and freezing. After we complained, they moved us to another dirty room, and the same thing happened again. Management acted as if they cared, while the staff seemed like they’d rather be somewhere else. For what it costs, you’d be better off with a tent. Don’t book this disaster. Five-star trash fire.

I paid in full when I booked, but the team still asked the guest from Jagatjit Group for money. It’s ridiculous, and I’ll never recommend or book a room here again. My payment still hasn’t been refunded after three months. If it doesn’t arrive within two days, I’ll file a claim in consumer court. The service from the whole team was the worst.

We stayed one night on January 13. The first room, on the second floor, had very loud music, so we asked to move and were given a room on the 7th floor. Its washroom had a broken cold-water tap handle. Staff said they’d check it in the morning. Checkout was the worst part: around 1:30 PM, the man at reception was eating while talking to us with his mouth full, and food was falling from his mouth. It was uncomfortable and very unprofessional. This isn’t the service I expect from Hyatt, and I won’t book this location again.
