There isn’t much around the hotel, though public transport is available. My room was spacious and clean, the dining was quite good, and the staff were polite, professional, well mannered, and prompt. A few small maintenance problems came up, but they dealt with them quickly. Management seems to take customer service seriously, and they even sorted out a GST billing issue 15 days after I checked out. The carpet could use an upgrade. Its dark color, stains, and age make the room look dull, and some minor repairs would help. Still, I think a place should be judged by its intent and effort as well as its results, especially in the demanding hospitality business. Thank you.

I was very disappointed by this stay. The hotel made a mistake, but wouldn’t compensate me, and the whole matter felt unfair and misleading. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The milk was the only letdown. I expected it to be pure, but it seemed watered down. Otherwise, management was helpful and the rooms were neat and clean, so my stay was pleasant.
