The manager was courteous and tried his best to sort things out, but we still had a terrible experience. After our 12 hour road trip, we arrived to find no room for us, even though we'd prepaid. They hadn't called to warn us. They'd given the rooms to a large group that arrived at the last minute. Staff seemed unaware of what was going on, first saying there were no rooms, then asking us to wait while they figured something out. After an hour and speaking to the manager, we were put in an occupied room. Then they said only a suite was available and we couldn't have it because we'd booked a standard room and it cost more. We'd booked through MMTC, and I had chosen from the rooms shown as available. They could have explained this when we arrived. I agreed to pay extra without arguing, but the room was still dirty, so we had to wait for them to clean it. Not impressed. They could have handled this much better.

The rooms smelled and hadn't been cleaned, and the air conditioners didn't work. They didn't seem to care about us as prepaid guests. There was no dinner service, and although breakfast was charged as complimentary, it still hadn't arrived by 10 am. The OYO booking was poor too. A pathetic experience all around. Don't choose this hotel based on its photos or low rates.
After travelling a long way, I arrived with a booking I'd made through go ibibo, but the receptionist first asked what price I'd booked at, then refused to honor it, saying the hotel had no contract with go ibibo. The so-called president spoke rudely, turned us away outright, and told us to contact customer care because they couldn't serve us. Booking this hotel, or maybe dharamshala, was my worst experience. I recorded videos and will soon post them on social media. I'll definitely sue the hotel.
At midnight, the receptionist made a mess of check-in. We were waiting with our IDs while he took food orders. He also refused to give us towels, saying they were all out for cleaning. When we asked for basic necessities, he got rebellious and started shouting about cancelling our booking. He seemed to have a mental issue.
There weren't many staff. The rooms are spacious but not clean, and room service isn't available after 9 pm. There was no remote for either the TV or AC. When we asked, they said they didn't have one.
