There was a power cut at midnight, which was embarrassing and uncomfortable. When I asked for an update, the staff were very rude. They were rude in general and didn't provide the proper service we were supposed to get. It felt humiliating.

The staff were lovely, the food was really tasty, and the room was clean.
10/10
We had a good stay for 2 nights, with no disturbance, and places were nearby. The room and service were great, and it was cleaner than the other places I looked at. The fare was reasonable too. I'd stay here again if I go to kolkata.
10/10
The food felt homely and hygienic, and they took COVID-19 precautions very strictly. The hotel was clean, cozy, and budget friendly. The owners were extremely friendly and always ready to make the stay comfortable, and the staff were polite, respectful, and responsible. One of the best places to stay in Howrah.
8/10
The room was a little small, and checking out at 8.30 was a bit disturbing while traveling. Still, it was much better than the filthy places we'd asked about nearby. Everything else was fine, the staff were welcoming, and there's gated parking for your vehicle.
