The room was good and the location was fine. Service was good, and the staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast was meant to be available from 7 to 10 am, but it still wasn't ready by 8:45. Overall, a good stay.

The place is fine for a stay, with good rooms and a good location, but things have slipped since I gave it five stars in the past. There's no food service apart from one breakfast choice, aloo ka parantha, and that felt like a token offering and wasn't good. The tea comes in a small cup, and you have to go to reception for breakfast now since they no longer bring it to the room. Even though they have a kitchen, they don't serve lunch or dinner. If you ask them to get food from outside, they refuse because they're short staffed, unless you give them an extra tip.

The rooms were decent once we got inside, but getting there felt unsettling. The area was a bit scary, and the entrance looked like a stairway to hell. We'd told the hotel we needed to check out at 5 am, but that morning the staff were asleep in a room and all the exits were locked. I had to find the front desk guy's number and call to wake him up.

Cleanliness was good, but the service wasn't much to speak of. It's just somewhere to spend the night. The food quality and prices were terrible.
