We spent 3 nights here, and the stay was horrible. There were holes in the blankets, which they barely wash, and they couldn't give us clean towels or even slip ons when we asked. The water heater wasn't fixed either. Don't even think about staying here with family, since there's a high chance of finding used condoms in the room. Disgusting hotel!

The rooms smelled bad, and the staff weren't helpful. There was no water or electricity when we needed them most. They should take care of things like that, especially when people are visiting for a day or events are happening. A horrible experience.

This was my 6th visit, and my last. The room was okay, but the bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly, with a bunch of hairs moving around. They don't provide basic amenities, and if you ask, they charge extra. They also don't always accept online bookings and overcharge in cash compared with the price shown online. I'm tired of the overcharging and will find another hotel.

The staff are friendly, but the place is poorly maintained. Stains on the linens, walls, and bathroom make everything look dirty, and the phone receiver was so grimy I didn't want to use it. There was no hot water in the shower or tea maker in the room. At 1500/- per night, it wasn't worth it.

At OBR Hotel, a staff member named Mr. Gurpreet was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, leaving me with a very negative impression. I was also charged extra fees and billed incorrectly without a clear explanation. The poor service and unfair charges made the stay very disappointing. I hope management addresses this, but based on my experience, I can't recommend the hotel.
