I had cockroaches in the room and it felt as if nobody had cleaned the place in ages. I couldn't relax or sleep, and even after I complained several times, nothing was fixed. When we spoke to the manager the next day, he didn't believe us and said, "When it's the time for payment....all the customers have problems" before telling us to go. I regret booking here and won't stay again. I'd choose HOTEL JR INN next door instead.

From outside the hotel looks decent, but my room was full of cockroaches. They were on the walls, in the bathroom, and inside the closet. That's unacceptable and points to poor basic upkeep. Avoid it.

I paid 1,300/- for one room, and the stay was awful. There were cockroaches crawling around when I entered, and I couldn't see cleanliness as a priority. Staff sprayed HIT after I reported it, but that didn't solve the problem, and the toxins from it affected our health. They didn't offer us a better option, and the unsanitary room ruined the stay. I don't recommend this place. I booked my room at "Hotel JR Inn" nearby the next day.

A tidy, clean hotel, and easy on the budget.

The atmosphere was bad, the rooms were dirty, and room service was pathetic.
